The lampshades are primarily made of wood. In order to protect the lampshades from breaking and to make them more heat-resistant, we also use special coatings according to ÖNORM A3800.

Wood is a climate-neutral resource. The CO2 released, for example, when burning wood, can be reabsorbed by trees through photosynthesis. Because the lamps are mainly made of wood, they are almost exclusively climate-neutral and recyclable

To achieve better heat development properties, we coat the lampshades at essential points with a fire-resistant coating according to ÖNORM 3800. Additionally, use the energy-efficient LED bulbs recommended by OMEGA to conserve the environment and release less heat energy. Of course, the lamps should not be exposed to open flames and should not be left unattended. However, this should never occur. When leaving the room, remember to turn off the lights to save electricity and help preserve our environment.
